Kwenda Collegiate Girls Charter School is a K-5, public, tuition-free, girls’ school that reimagines education with girls at the center.
OUR COMMITMENT IS IN OUR NAME
Kwenda means “go” in Swahili.
We believe that our girls deserve an education that provides the knowledge, skills, and habits to “go” wherever they want to in life - from college, to the design studio, to the White House, to the moon. Everywhere Kwenda students are, their voices and power will create ripples.
