Led by holistic practitioner and movement guide Flo Hunte, this special event invites parents, guardians, or caring adults and their children (ages 4–10) to experience Floga—a soulful, beginner-friendly yoga practice that blends Somatic Movement with R&B, Hip Hop, Reggae, and Afrobeats.
